    Open Access Statement

Xinjiang Oil & Gas flipped to an open access journal from the 1st issue of 2025. Since then, all articles, once published, are immediately and permanently available for readers to read and download free of charge. Articles published prior to 2025 are not open access, and their copyrights belong to the editorial department, which reserves all rights.

    Licensing Policy
The journal adopts the Creative Commons license, allowing users to copy and redistribute its open access work in any medium or format under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0). As long as the license terms are followed, the licensor cannot revoke these rights. Users must give appropriate credit, provide a link to the license, and indicate if changes were made. Attribution may be made in any reasonable manner, but not in any way that suggests the licensor endorses the use. The work may not be used for commercial purposes. If users remix, transform, or build upon the material, they may not distribute the modified material. For details, please visit the Creative Commons website: https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/

    Copyright Policy
Upon submission, authors are required to sign the Copyright Transfer Agreement of the journal. By publishing in Xinjiang Oil & Gas, authors agree to transfer the copyright and related financial rights of their paper worldwide to the editorial department. Authors also agree to the journal’s open access policy, allowing users to reproduce and distribute the article under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 License (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0).

    Article Archiving Policy
All articles are digitally archived, and both print and electronic copies are retained by the editorial department. To ensure data security, all information and related materials—such as supplementary information and forms submitted by authors—are archived by the journal. In addition to the journal’s official website, previously published articles are stored in full text in CNKI, Wanfang, and other academic databases, where readers may also access the journal content online.

    Author Self-Archiving Policy
Authors are permitted to deposit all versions of their manuscripts in institutional or other repositories of their choice. Deposited versions must include complete and accurate bibliographic information for the journal publication, which shall also be used as the recommended citation format.
